I've been a prop trader at JPR (Roslyn office) since March. I traded for a little while at their office but currently trade out of my own. No problems whatsoever trading remotely...not 1 problem. I will say, at least in Roslyn, the trading room is a disgrace. Pentium 2 (yes 2) 300's with 256 ram and windows 98? You gotta be kidding me. Everyone there is nice and helpful though, just the computers (what's more impt) are terrible. Never been to the NYC office so don't know.
