LOL. Nothing wrong with journaling trades. Several blue moons ago I used to do it in an Access database. Problem was creating usable reports. It took way more time than entering data, including pics. Basically, the journal was a silo... no way out in a reasonable time for the data, but easily queried on screen!
Nowadays I keep a PKM open during the trading day. I use Logseq. I make all sorts of notes, screenshots, etc throughout the day. The silo is virtually non-existent with modern progs like Logseq. Easy to export, print, or even publish to the web in a few clicks. The trick to using the current batch of PKMs is not getting bogged down setting-up a "perfect" system of data storage. The current batch of PKMs that I like are Logseq, Anytype and Joplin. There are many others.
