Just a note - CAT tested me hard today. The entry was visually perfect but one little penny close on the 5min bar kept me out, per my plan. I sat on my hands. If I dont follow my plan I have nothing.

1 trade today. CSCO for a long that ended in a small win. New money in my account is better than my money in someone elses.

Followed the plan on both. Truthfully the cat one was harder. It was like being seeing a juicy steak you can't eat with out knowing its poisoned until you bite it. Also, I welcome any questions you have. You really help me see things differently.

Sitting on my hands so far today. I did find some stocks mid day with some nice macro price action so I added them to the watch list. No trades as of 2:07 EST. There might be a few setting up late date so we will see.
