Journal: Small account challenge - $2k to $50k Daytrading options

Started the account with $370 on June 23(screenshot below shows the EOD balance on 6/23), as of Friday 7/31 - the account is sitting slightly below $2k. Basically a 5x so far

The goal is to get the account to $50k before the year is over. I will provide updates - win or lose. Lets go!

1) How much is the commission round trip?
2) How many ES pts are you looking for in order to make options a better instrument than future themselves?

I'm trading options on individual stocks, not futures or etfs. Commissions are roughly 1.20 round trip per contract.
