Last time the market trended down (I didn't trust myself and missed out on X profit). Same old story this week.

Aug 9 - 23 : all 8 indicators were saying sell.

Sept 1 to today: all 8 say buy.

The only thing preventing me from making money is me.

Love those that diss the FX market. It's doing wonders for me.

I am up over 1k on my Forex account. Started with around $2,300, I added 1k yesterday.

Futures account still going nowhere. Indicators long for tomorrow, but price patterns are making me weary. I tried making money on the long side today, but I ended up breaking around even.

Today's P/C ratio on the indexes was 2.47. Hasn't been that high before that I know of....

I am being cautious with my long positions. I usually don't fade the index options traders.
 
Indicators were all long for today and continue to point higher.

I want to strangle someone at my broker (OEC) for locking my account today. Yesterday, I bought before the close of the day and didn't get out of the position until after 1530. This triggered my account to be frozen for this entire trading session because I don't have the full margin amount ($5,600) and my account was on "margin call."

Anyway.... results are posted. FX doing well still.

I just realized a major flaw in my trading strategy:

I have adjusted my index trading strategy and removed the moving averages from most of the indicators. Contains the same basic components though.
 
Shorting this euphoria for good reason.

Here's an Easter egg: Part of my equation is momentum.

Other 8 indicators are showing weakness at this level.

as of 8:17pm September U is only trading 8k while December Z has 22k rollover was Thursday last week.

I have resistance on Z at 1115 approx 1121 on U..
