Maybe he discovered his edge recently and this might explain why he continues to trade NQ instead of trading forex like he used to be?
As long as he knows how to manage his risks in his trading system or able to identify flaws in his system I'm sure he'll continue to rack in more profits 'cuz he'll improve his skills the more he trades.
Yeah, I remember the Forex stuff but he didn't pop up on my radar until he came here at ET and trading the Emini NQ futures.
Performance metrics / risk metrics is one thing but the other variable is the skill. Anyone can have good metrics for a week, month and even a year but have very little skill or something changes in their personal life to negatively impact their skills.
Simply, to some the edge is in the metrics but to me the edge is equally important in the skill. A trader that can get both (metrics / skill) working together as a team...
That's person that will be a long term profitable trader.
