Good day, lots of action everywhere. One thing that stands out today is my shorts... got 7 out of 7.

Another productive day. I really like the action so far this month. Lots of intraday swings in the indexes provides lots of opportunities in individual stocks.

Didn't get to trade as much as I would like (too many distractions), therefore I concentrated on quality over quantity. Things worked out well. The large max loss was due to very wide spread on that particular stock.

My system is based on price action, no indicators just very basic charts (5 min & 1 min). I will glance at daily sometimes for certain types of setups. Also watching the ES constantly throughout the day to judge the general market sentiment and overall bias (long/short).
Mostly mean reversion and trend following.
