Amber Heard's PR team allegedly admitted that photos of her bruises that were used to support her claims of Johnny Depp's alleged abuse in a defamation trial were fake. In a series of leaked emails, an apparent insider from her party admitted that the actress "is guilty."

"I owe you an explanation" about "whats actually happening," the leaked email began. "The truth is," the insider revealed, is that "Amber is guilty" but an entire PR firm has been employed to help "discredit" the verdict against her in the defamation case.

The team allegedly intended to "twist" the facts involved in the case and tried to discredit Johnny in an attempt to win back favor for Amber. "I heard the audios of Amber confessing to assaulting Johnny and of course her bruised photos are fake," the source went on to claim.

In the initial threatening note, someone warned journalist Jessica Kraus against publishing damning articles about Amber. "You're in great danger if you release Part 4 of Amber Heard fake s*s party stories. You don't wanna mess with us. Think of your family Your choice," read the note.

The same person then apologized to Jessica, "I would like to apologize to you and your family for what I wrote in my previous email that looked like a threatening email to and your family. That was dumb intention. I am not going to engage in this anymore."

"Here is the deal," the source added, "In June 2 after the verdict in order to change the narrative Alafair from Shane Comms contacted several Heardstan account in order further step up the effort of making Amber look innocent."

Of course they were fake. I watched most of the trial, and the evidence was clearly altered as the defense showed.
 
Look who settled her suit for a mere $1 Million -- instead of more than 10 times that amount. Maybe she will learn to keep her big mouth shut now -- but based on past history this is doubtful.

Amber Heard has agreed to pay Johnny Depp $1 million to settle his defamation claim against her, a source familiar with the agreement told Fox News Digital.

Heard, 36, has agreed to cough up the seven-figure sum to put an end to their acrimonious courtroom wrangling.

"After a great deal of deliberation, I have made a very difficult decision to settle the defamation case brought against me by my ex-husband in Virginia," she wrote on Instagram Monday

"It’s important for me to say that I never chose this. I defended my truth and in doing so my life as I knew it was destroyed," she added. "The vilification I have faced on social media is an amplified version of the ways in which women are re-victimized when they come forward. Now I finally have an opportunity to emancipate myself from something I attempted to leave over six years ago and on terms I can agree to. I have made no admission., this is not an act of concession. There are no restrictions or gags with respect to my voice moving forward."

The nationally televised courtroom spectacle in Virginia ended with a jury awarding Depp a $15 million judgment against Heard for defaming him over an op-ed she wrote calling herself a domestic abuse victim.

Judge Penney Azcarate reduced the sum to $10.35 million. The jury handed Heard $2 million in her countersuit, but the verdict was largely seen as a sweeping victory for Depp.

The "Aquaman" actress and Depp both appealed the verdict before reaching their latest agreement.

A spokesperson for Depp didn't immediately return a request for comment.

Depp was rewarded $15 million in his suit for defaming him over an op-ed she wrote calling herself a domestic abuse victim --- which was reduced to to $10.35 million by the judge. Heard's counter suit obtained her $2 million from a jury. The balance of money was tilted well towards Depp.

Heard must be relieved to have settled this for $1 million -- otherwise she was completely broke. Hopefully she learns to keep her mouth shut and stop pushing fabricated nonsense defaming others -- but it is unlikely to change her behavior. I expect the settlement has some stipulation stating she cannot make comments about Depp -- a condition that she will probably violate fairly quickly.
