John Lewis is first and foremost a self-promoter. He has been living off "I marched with Martin" for 50 years now. Somehow we are supposed to give a crap.

He is also the latest in the line of human shields the left wheels out to attack Trump. They make outrageous, offensive comments, like that muslim immigration activist at the dem convention, but if you respond in any way except to humbly apologize for breathing, the dems and their media allies start hissing "How dare you, you are dishonoring [insert human shield category, ie Gold Star family, civil rights activist, etc]."

That is true. Ever since then, I've been seeing flocks pass by every now and then. But give me a believable scenario where a Democrat would win the electoral college vote but not the popular vote without both sides switching platforms.

Off the top of my head? Not sure I could. But if you had asked me months ago to give you a scenario in which Trump wins, I wouldn't have been able to do that either.

Yeah but Trump did the equivalent of winning the lottery, with circumstances converging into a perfect storm (where the rest of the country and much of the world lost). Let's not be too quick to hang our hat on that one and use it as a benchmark going forward.
