John Hopkins Study

Well, fake news from CDC tell us that as of October 7th the excess mortality for the year was (right here https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/69/wr/mm6942e2.htm):
The total number of excess deaths (deaths above average levels) from January 26 through October 3 ranged from a low of approximately 841 in the youngest age group (<25 years) to a high of 94,646 among adults aged 75–84 years.§§ However, the average percentage change in deaths over this period compared with previous years was largest for adults aged 25–44 years (26.5%) (Figure 2). Overall, numbers of deaths among persons aged <25 years were 2.0% below average,¶¶ and among adults aged 45–64, 65–74 years, 75–84, and ≥85 years were 14.4%, 24.1%, 21.5%, and 14.7% above average, respectively.

There are several interesting aspects there (the ethnic distribution is pretty incredible, IMHO), definitely worth reading.

What is a high normal year?, UK is just below the high normal year, so a year something similar happened but nobody really noticed or did anything about it.

Where do you see that? Because euromomo says that "excess deaths are substantial"

https://www.euromomo.eu/#substantial-increased-excess-mortality-seen-in-europe

PS. they have a super-nifty graphical interface that allows you to compare excess deaths by year etc: https://www.euromomo.eu/graphs-and-maps/

Can't find the chart been googling, this was UK, had spanish flu on it about 10xs normal death rate that year.

October Uk was literally 10 deaths over 5 year average, see how November fairs soon.

Spanish Flu disapeared because everyone had had it, just like Covid will be.

Check out higher number deaths compared to previous years. You keep on ignoring this simple metric.

So Yada Yada, your a PC brain washed lefties who's believed all the the fearmongering media and think we are all doomed, yada yada.

Although the deaths are 8% over 5 year average, there high of range not even above high of range, so actually it's a pretty typical bad year, not above, nothing compared to spanish flu, that year went crazy on the deaths / population scale.

Ended up being a nothing, not that you'll accept that.

2nd / Shielders wave is pretty much over, peak was 3 or 4 weeks ago infection wise, hospital admission dropping nicely, hospitals emptying aswell, deaths will come down soon.

https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/statistical-work-areas/covid-19-hospital-activity/

Check out the excel sheet daily admissions.

Peaked before lockdowns would of kicked in, 2 weeks before yet again.

How many of my friends / family / work mates / or any of there parents have died, hmmmm ZERO that's right ZERO, how many are jobless and poor 460 at last count.

Are you aware that you come across as ignorant and incapable of a dialogue when you ignore EVERYTHING others post and link to and repeat your own flawed talking point? It makes it worthless to ever reply to you again. But then I would not be surprised if your entire life's purpose was to enjoy listening to yourself.

Sorry who are you ?? why does anyone care what you have to say, stop the overly self important BS and actually say something, rather than just pass insults around, bloody millennial hateful sub species.

New Troll alert!!

November, sadly increase on deaths 18.4% +1904 we 13/11/2020.

Was looking at 25K over 2018?? ( memory tired ) high number and 45K over average but 35K and 55K looking more likely currently, so 10% over average.

But I don't think measures do much, using Sweden as the Control for few measures.

Other than Shielding, that was worth it, but killed too soon in the UK.
