Joe needs to spend some time in the basement with his foot up.

I guess 8 months of doing that was not enough to recover from that time he went out to get a Slurpee at the 7-11. Yeh, those sports injuries from trying to walk while sipping on a Slurpee can be tricky to heal.
 
I think I heard that Kamala was looking into whether the 25th amendment could be invoked for a sprained ankle.
