My teenager (a top athlete) twisted his ankle running around in the backyard of his girlfriend house...chasing her rabbit that had escaped from its cage.

I took him to the clinic...got an xray that revealed he had a hairline fracture. Wore a medical boot about a month.

No problems afterwards.

Also, in college, dated a girl that twisted her ankle it seem like every month. Apparently she was born with weak ankles. Eventually she had to take a fitness class to strengthen her ankles.

Joe is lucky he's not over weight with big hips like Trump...that mild ankle injury could be a lot worst in which he'll be on crutches, medical boot after surgery if he had Trump's body mass.
