We have been bailing out farmers for a long time. The effect of bailouts is to increase food production and to lower food costs. Not just for our trading partners, but for consumers, including those who live in Blue states.

Democrats have been putting roadblocks against the Trump Administration from the very beginning of the term to the present with unfounded investigations that ultimately failed in there purpose of removing Trump from office. Check.
