They are using dead people's votes to elect politicians. It is logical to proceed with almost-dead politicians running the country. Zombie Land is ideal for Democrats. It is easy to be in charge.

I honestly don't believe that dead people voting - as rare as it is - is the problem. The problem is ballot harvesting.
