I do not accept the continual premise that the American military is not involved, playing a lead role - nor do I immediately think we are doomed for failure if we do something differently than Canada or Europe although I know that is a common lefty talking point.

The trump haters need to have the vaccine and the distribution plan fail to feed their inner visceral needs. Now that it looks like the vaccine development part is going swimmingly well, they are doubling down on what a dump and a disaster the distribution is going to be to salvage the plan to make it all a dump that Joe can repackage as a success. Whatever. Homey don't have time for that game. Joe will be along to thank China for everything they have done for us soon enough.

OK...tell us how many doses of the COVID vaccine is the military placing in military trucks or planes and distributing. (Noting the General in charge stated "Zero").

Also tell us how many cold storage units has the military purchases to store the vaccine that will be distributed to civilians? (Once again the the General in charge stated "Zero").

All the U.S. military is doing is providing logistical advice.

The U.S. is one of the few first world nations not using their military to aid in the distribution and storage of the COVID vaccine. This is absurd.

Yes, in the United States many of our projects and goals are accomplished by the government working with and through the private sector. You know, as in the development of the vaccine. I get that in a Biden administration everything would have been done in-house down at Fauci's lab. Probably we will get our health care down at the DMV too- because the government does eveything the bestest.

You are cheering a bit too much for failure. There will be plenty due to the size of the task at hand and plenty of successes too.
 
The Fake President-elect is clearly crossing the line with some of his cabinet picks.

Instead of picking a competent candidate who might also be of a certain racial or gender identity, he is moving into dredging up clowns who have no redeeming qualities other than the identify politics factor.

Wow. That loser-arsed general that he is trying to bring back from the mothball fleet just because he is black is a bridge too far. The guy is an idiot.

That's all I am gonna say for now. I don't think either the dems of the republicans have an appetite right now for his sorry arse.
 
Well, at least we'll have a DIVERSE set of appointees......
but given the low-quality, expect some really crazy decisions in the next 4 years.
First up is the infrastructure spending...airports, highways, bridges, tunnels.
BUT No one is flying or driving !!
Plus, the jobs created from this program are so less effective than comparable jobs in the private sector....for instance, construction of houses and apartments.

The one existing company that transports vaccines and has agreed to transport the COVID vaccine does not have the necessary logistical resources to roll out the COVID vaccine doses quickly.

The U.S. military does have the necessary logistical capacity to transport the vaccine doses.

We are the only first rate nation in the world that is not using our military to aid in the transport and rollout of the COVID vaccine.
