Unless you were born yesterday, most of us vividly remember the Obama-Biden years.
Thus, I will state the obvious:
The word "inherited" is about to become the mantra and central theme and primary response to almost everything with Biden.

Not sure how she will handle that. Whether she will keep trying her luck to get something else or whether if she is slammed out she will regroup with the progressives and try to be the ringleader there- ie. being a pain in the arse for Joe.
She might also go after Chucky for the majority/minority leader position by arguing that progressives need to have some kind of win somewhere.
She is sort of a loose canon right now. Joe undoubtedly keeps in mind that she withheld her support of him long, long, long into the process hoping for convention games.
Joe keeps in mind too that if she leaves the senate that Massachusetts has a republican governor who gets appoint her temp replacement. Not sure Pokey likes to be constrained like that so if she is going to be stuck in the senate she will be making noise and it will not all be directed at republicans.
Of course, Comrade Bernie is still looking for a cabinet position and if he gets slammed out too, then he will be another one along with Pokey working outside the Biden administration to settle some scores and cranking the progressives up.

There’s the poster child for the Logan Act, Lurch needs to be behind bars.
This appointment of Lurch is a bit of a ruse.
Biden is trying to bring all the good ole boys back that he can because that is his comfort zone. So he brings Lurch into his inner circle by putting old wine in a new progressive bottle.
Joe is savvy enough to know- and also has learned right off- that Skankala brings nothing to the table other than being a woman and semi-black. Other than that she is a punchdrunk airhead. Meanwhile Joe needs a functional VP right now because he is barely functional. He needs more than someone just cackling around waiting for him to die or something. He has worked with Kerry for years and Kerry has been around the world a bit and knows the players and landscape even if you don't agree with what he does when he is there. So Biden has given him this fluffy climate change role just to have him at arm's length when he needs him. Certainly Kamala is worthless there except to send some BLM meeting or something. If there is a flare up in Iran or North Korea, her advice is worthless.
Just to make this clear, Joe said today that climate change is a national security issue, so he wants Kerry to be part of all national security council activities and briefings. Yep. It has not so much to do with climate change as about having good ole boy Lurch right there to give good ole boy Joe good ole boy advice and counsel. I can easily see our "Climate Change Czar" making midnight trips to North Korea to discuss "climate change" after missiles are lobbed.
