U.S. Shoots Down Spy Balloon As It Was Getting Too Close To Ukraine

U.S. — The Pentagon officially went ahead with their plan to shoot down the Chinese spy balloon as it was getting too close to Ukraine's borders, sources confirmed Saturday.

"We sent a strong message to China," said Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. "So long as the spy balloon stayed over America, we had peace. But the moment that spy balloon got a little too close to Ukraine - boom! We had to take it out."


 
This Kamala thing is a real conundrum for the dems.

If Joe runs, they don't want her to drag down the ticket.

If he does not run, they want to knock her off. Never pretty when you are a dem and trying to knock off "the historic, first, black, female idiot" from being on the ticket.

Let's see how this plays out with Jim Clyburn up front in South Carolina, now the first primary in the country.

She is a drag on the ticket. Not sure how they solve that. Maybe they don't.

What a crazy position he has been in during the last year.

Jay Powell and the Beltway economists have all decided that more jobs is a bad thing because it undermines their inflation "strategy" such as it is - or is not.

So month after month strong jobs reports come out. And Marty bites his tongue while thinking "Well, yeh, that's a good thing isn't it?" That's kind of what a Labor Secretary prays for isn't it?"

And then they all throw rocks at him as though he is no longer supporting Biden with that kind of thinking.

Of course Biden does not help either by taking credit for controlling inflation when the jobs report is down and then taking credit for a great economy when it is up.

Screw that. You the man Marty. Get out of that beltway snakepit. You got a great new job. Just don't squeal your tires in the parking lot when leaving town in DC.
