Election results does not support think.Black voter turnout was the highest ever in 2012 and fell 7% in 2016.Black voter turnout decided the last 2 elections and will decide 2020,deplorables and 47% had nothing to do with it.

The good news for Dems is black voter turnout has been through the roof the last 3 years as they have been turning out in record numbers to vote against Trump.

Let's take a look at the swing states where she lost the election in close votes.

California and other states where the vote was not close do not matter. In other words the EC matters - the totally number of votes nationally does not.
