Dereliction of duty is a specific offense under United States Code Title 10, Section 892, Article 92 and applies to all branches of the US military. A service member who is derelict has willfully refused to perform his duties (or follow a given order) or has incapacitated himself in such a way that he cannot perform his duties. Such incapacitation includes the person falling asleep while on duty requiring wakefulness, his getting drunk or otherwise intoxicated and consequently being unable to perform his duties, shooting himself and thus being unable to perform any duty, or his vacating his post contrary to regulations.

Joe Biden is derelict in his duties of enforcing the law.

18 U.S. Code § 1507 - Picketing or parading

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.


Why are these people not being placed under arrest and charged for their crimes? What the hell is Joe Biden doing? These people are criminals.

No. You started it. YOU get lost. How does the US president suddenly become a member of the US military, subject to it's military code of justice, without going through basic training? Care to answer that one?

"Commander-in-chief" as a title does not subject him to the code of military justice that members of the military fall under. Therefore, he is not subject to the law of dereliction of duty in the military code.

His folly would fall under the 25th amendment of the Constitution, or whichever amendment it is.

Everyone knows the Commander in Chief title confers no military jursidiction over the president, the constitution alone does...

but it is our fault for assuming you knew the constitution.

Despite the left's attacks against these justices and the Executive's refusal to enforce the law, they Supreme Court held strong.
