Biden is an idiot but he is as sharp as he as always been-which is nada. It is not an age thing. He has always been an idiot.
Eight years as VP, been in DC since the early 1970's and he states that China is not competition for us. Idiot.

China is not a competitor in the same way that there isn't a border crisis and the media is not biased.
Even the larger message there is goofy. What the hell is he crowing about anyway? - that life got so bad on the Dem Plantation that the whole city shut down - went through bankruptcy- and they had to go out and find some women with very little education to teach them to code so that they could turn the street lights back on (his story, not mine)????

Maybe Joe can go into the Asian-American community and explain how if they ever need coding expertise they can go out into the hood and find some women with GED's and teach them to code. Yeh, that will be a winner.

Biden campaign says his climate plan failed to cite sources

Joe Biden’s Democratic presidential campaign amended his climate policy plan hours after it was released Tuesday because a handful of passages did not credit some of the sources in the proposal.
The changes come after The Daily Caller, a conservative news outlet, reported that several passages from Biden’s plan appeared to borrow from policy papers and statements written by outside groups without citation.
A Biden campaign statement says, “Several citations, some from sources cited in other parts of the plan, were inadvertently left out of the final version of the 22-page document.”
The added citations included passages from documents published by the Blue Green Alliance and the Carbon Capture Coalition. The document by Biden, a former vice president under Barack Obama, cites sources in the text of the plan. Some other campaigns use more formal footnotes in their policy papers.
Biden’s 1988 presidential campaign ended amid controversy over plagiarized passages in his campaign speech and after he admitted plagiarism on a law school paper. At the time, Biden said the incident at Syracuse University was a matter of him not knowing the proper way to document sources.
President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign wasted little time in trying to capitalize.
“Four decades in public life and there’s always one constant. What would a Joe Biden candidacy be without a little plagiarism?” said Tim Murtaugh, the campaign communications director.
