Beto raises records amounts of money and gets hard to get out to vote democrats like young people and minorities to the polls.He is green but he would be like a 2008 Obama,nearly impossible to beat.

Obama has a JD and is a constitutional scholar. I know Beto, he's the right guy for 2028, but the disaster left behind by Trump especially the encroachment in the Judicial is too much for Beto to handle. It has to be a top priority and I don't see him chasing it.

Personally I want the strongest possible candidate.He's a smart guy he can learn on the job.Nobody in the field will get the combination of young,minority and progressive voters to the polls that Beto will.Gotta strike while the irons hot.Betos the hottest democrat in the country with a record breaking fundraising machine already in place with the delagate rich Texas primary already in his pocket.

My # 2 (Patrick)just announced he's not runnning.

Beto remains #1,Biden moves to number 2 and Coumo moves up to #3 although I doubt he's running.

Patrick would make an awesome VP pick and guarantee super high black voter turnout.Unlike Hillary I think Beto and Biden are smart enough to know and act on that.

Disappointed Patrick wont run I dont like Harris or Booker.

All left leaning moderates, but Harris has the AG experience and the "fighter" side comes off less rehearsed than Booker's. She's got the woman and minority vote, Booker's got that harassment thing over his head. Biden is getting old but is well liked by blue collar, plus having Obama as cabinet member would be trollingly amazing.

Beto is my fourth... He's got that Obama "hope and change" thing that can piece a fractured country together, but there are more pressing matters than playing nice right now. Plus he lost to Cruz, that's a ding, no matter how you slice it.

Gerrymandering has to be scrapped, citizens United has to be kneecapped, lobbying has to be regulated into Oblivion, punishing institutional voter suppression has to be made an example of. We can talk economy a close second and the environment a distant third.

May as well look into impeaching kavanaugh and put Garland on there since the Dems will be controlling both houses. All that has to be done while both houses are controlled, no hostages, no compromise like Obama mistakenly tried to do so. They've got to churn out bills like an assembly line.

You keep overlooking the fact that Harris is dumber than dog shit, has accomplished nothing that you or anyone else can mention, and says stupid things every time she opens her mouth- such as comparing ICE to the KKK a couple weeks ago.
