I didn't see this entire interview. I see Jake looking like he is going full Toobin there. Probably self-stimulating while Joe is talking.
I wonder if later in the interview he asked Kamala, if now that she is to be VP, she still believes Tara Reade, and the Nevada accuser as she said many times before, when they said that Joe sexually assaulted them. I am going to guess that Jake did not go down that road.
