Biden is being accused of being overly nationalistic by putting the health of Americans first. As Jen Psaki has pointed out, this is a false choice. America can help other countries AND help its own citizens at the same time. Joe Biden is not caving in to global far-left and anti-American sentiments when it comes to covid boosters.
If a Republican wanted to do what Biden did then they would be called racist and xenophobic and their efforts would be stopped dead in their tracks. Since Biden is a Democrat, he is the only one with the political capital to pull this off.
