Jim Rogers been talking bearish crap since the market started rebounding hard in 2009. They are all talking heads, even if they are billionaires.

Learn to trade price so you can ignore all these idiots whose intentions are never apparent.
 
Rogers said he was short bonds after the 2008 financial collapse. Assuming he maintained his position he may be vindicated before long. We shall see. He has always said he is no good at timing.

Dont know about Rick, but Mr Rogers[2004] got much of the trend right''Good-BYE Cheap Oil'' {2004 BOOK Hot Commoditys} BUT '' peak oil theory'' was like so many'' predictions'' , was a wrong probability; NEW elephant pools in ND, SD Wyoming,TX..........................................................................................................................................................................
But actually Mr Jim Rogers is a excellant top trader/investor.Strange the way he can figure out fundamentals like few can=with profits,LOL..... Actually just to name a few of the right calls he made, bullish on gold + still is; not buying gold now. I remember + double checked it; he went short big banks in 1986, during a bull market+ still did well in 1986, covered i think after 1987 crash[Jack schwager Top Trader book]. So he [value buyer]tends to do real well, overall;IBD does real well buy new HIGHS in bull market- UP trend,,but with plenty of study.
