Doc, don't think $8.00 will happen. Possible short lived upside bounce from here then eventually low 20's. Low 20's is where I am going to jump in knee deep.
I don't think it will either any time soon. But I do remember in 1992 the L.A. freeways being devoid of traffic and $4 million houses being sold for $600K.
