Jim Chanos is a famous manager of a short hedge fund that was up 50% last year. He's also critical of the 2/20 mgmt and incentive fee that has been popular for hedge funds.

Does anyone know what the fee structure is for his fund? I tried googling it but couldn't find the answer. Would appreciate it. Thanks!
 
One thing i am 100 % sure is Last year Top performer
will not be Top gainer this year. So please get some
historical facts first.
 
Chill, nowhere in my post did I say I expect him to be the top performer this year. I am not peddling his fund nor do I intend to invest with him. Just want to know what his fee structure is.
