The TWS startup command line for Unix gives an example http://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/control/systemstandalone.php?os=unix On Windows you probably need to change ":" to ";". If you are using an IDE such as Netbeans just add the relevent jars to the project and the IDE will sort it out automatically.
