An Israeli Army general once said, when you kill a soldier you first put a bullet in the soldiers mother's heart. There is much pain on both sides. Both Jewish and Palestinian mothers grieve for their dead.
I am sorry you found something that divides people. There are large movements in Palestine and Israel of moderates who want to work towards bringing people together.
