Good question+ more important ,what does God's Word say?[By latter part of ACTS, Saul is named Paul ]
God's Word says-Paul, a bondservant, called as an Apostle, set apart for the gospel of God. Romans 1;1 NASB+ NKJV.
Gospel is receiving the death burial + resurrection of Jesus Christ according to the scriptures-1st Corinthians 15

I would not get too hung up on Saul or Paul;
saul was not God's favorite king.
Looks like king David is . And that's another reason why i enjoy Psalms + his son Solomon/Proverbs.......................................................

As you know, Paul used to be called Saul, until he emerged from the desert after getting knocked off his horse on the way to Damascus to persecute some of those who were following "the Way". It was Paul, who is quoted to have said, "Awake, oh ye who sleep in Christ". The interesting thing is Paul said this was "scripture", but it's not in any of the Christian or Catholic canons. This implies there is more "scripture" out there than was curated by the mainstream media conglomerates, which were the most popular churches. But being the most popular is not the measure of truth in this world. However, "Awake, oh ye who sleep in Christ" does sound like an authentic teaching to me...if you know what it means. In the context of Paul's writings, you would likely understand it. Paul was, after all, the best student of Gamaliel, a high priest for the Jews. So unless Paul was awakened, he would be as wrong about God as any other Jew. I really don't think Paul was awakened. Or, it's possible his writings were forged in whole or in part, by someone who was not awakened.

To Jesus, sleep and death were the same thing.
A sleeping Christ is a dead Christ.

Men are all sleeping in Christ.
Meaning, men, mankind, is a dead Christ, so to speak.
The awakening, and the so called resurrection are the same thing.

Again, i don't think Paul reached resurrection in his life-cycle-span. But in the future, from now, he will. I believe i know who Paul is in this current incarnation, today. He plays excellent keyboards. But resurrection requires a deep psychological transformation. It may take several life-span-cycles to arrive where Jesus had arrived, 2000 years ago. Even he required several life-span-cycle incarnations to arrive at his own psychological transformation.

Where in scripture do we read about incarnations other than the jesus myth?

THANKS for you opinion, but its just that\ your opinion.
I delivered what i recieved ,that Christ died for our sins , according to the scriptures , was buried, rose again the 3rd day according to the scriptures.
That's the gospel, the plan +Godman/ Gods Word = 1 Corinthians15, NKVJ.
