He is speaking outside the norms and realities of what you hear all the bullshitters say every day on Talking head TV.
He failed miserably in his attempt due to poor communication skills, however, he did show us one thing.. There are still people thinking outside the box and willing to defraud this whole house of cards bullshit media glazed world we live in and spark a little reality in it..

There was a sort of idiot savant quality to it. Some tremendous insight desperately trying to break loose from his tortured brain but tragically, in the end, failing. There was a certain irony to the fact that he was attempting to make it so clear a child, or even Dennis Kneale, could comprehend it but it came out as gibberish.
