Jeb Bush wants more nukes and stealth bombers to fight ISIS.

We might agree on this, though I doubt you believe he'd really drop a nuke. It's a form of "soft terrorism". If he can increase our fear over how "ill prepared" we are, then he improves his prospects for CIC. It's a short game strategy, and flawed, since it also increases his competition's relative appeal.

Politicos are out of their frickin' minds.

While I agree the world should band together and kill all of those Muslim bastards, as they are the self-proclaimed enemy of all of mankind who don't conform to their head-fuck beliefs... but there is ZERO justification for starting WWIII or using nuclear weapons.

Look what happened last time... WWII. 60,000,000 people died at the behest of ONE drug-addled madman!! Next time, it won't be 60 Million... might be 6 BILLION!

Are we really that stupid??

Of course I don't believe that, but using the Paris attacks as a validation to increase the nuke arsenal, is that really serious? Please give that guy a PS4 so he can play war games all day long and lock him up in a mental institution.

Lol

And then we have Ted Cruz, who wants to increase our tolerance for civilian casualties. Maybe we do need that, but it is a very, very stupid thing to publish.

He has come across as weak in the debates, so he feels he has to show how macho he is. I suppose he is trying to outdo Rubio, who wants to spend another trillion bucks on military equipment. Also, defense contractors write big checks.

Part of the reason we're in the mess that we are... is because GWB wanted to show his daddy, his "macho"... wanted to impress his father as a "war president".

GWB was a HORRIBLE president. But his macho, ego, hubris, ineptitude... lead America to elect a 10X WORSE ego-maniacal asshole.

How can America survive such "dick-headedness"?

And now what... Hillary??

America does not deserve to be SHIT UPON in such manner!

Its funny watching how badly he is trying to conttort himself in order to try to win over voters, when he doesnt seem to realise that the one thing that automatically disqualified him in the eyes of 75% of voters was the fact that his last name is Bush, and we saw what a disaster the last 2 were.

I find it hard to believe these people are vain enough to not realise how deeply unpopular they are in the eyes of most voters.

They don't talk to ordinary voters or spend a lot of time on conservative message boards. They talk to donors, coporate big shots and political consultants. Most of them saw Bush as a solid brand who fit the republican template and agreed with them on things like immigration. They underestimated the public's anger, the absolute antipathy to more immigration and how poorly Bush would come off versus Trump.

Don't forget, the republicans are like an NFL team in a rebuilding year. They just don't talk about it. They want to change their roster, get rid of the conservative, white male base, and reinvent themselves as a party that is friendly to hispanics, gays, etc while letting the country club republicans like Boehner and McConnell run everything. Good luck with that. To them, the Tea Party is like Greg Hardy, useful but toxic and not people you want to be around if you can avoid it.
