Compare that to shannon sharpes response to the lebron incident.

"The hardest job in america is being black" pretty sure there is some military vets with no legs who would disagree, the guy who cleans shannon sharpes toilets in his multi million dollar mansion probably also disagrees.

At one point Sharpe says "If you can convince someone that what you dont have is because of the guy standing next to you, you will turn to resent that person." implying this is what happens with whites, and not realising that he just shot his entire retarded argument to pieces with that comment, since his whole argument was about how whitey is holding black people down.

Then of course cuck bayless comes in right after to apologize for being white, and tell shannon sharpe we have basically made no progress in america and we are in the same spot we were 100 years ago, with all the phony concern and pain in his face that we have come expect with this degenerate asshat.

The two of them go on to agree that america was making progress until trump got elected.

And they wonder why conservatives are tuning out.

Wonder which of these two messages is more empowering.

I agree with Lebron,Shannon,Skip etc,Blacks should not submit to racism the way the Jason Whitlocks,Ben Carson's,David Clark's of the world say they should.

I've lost empathy for them though.Until they get their asses up and vote against the republican candidate in every federal,state and city election the blame lies with them.If the same number of Blacks that voted for Obama had went out and voted for Hillary Trump would not be President today.If they vote in every local and state level election many of the laws that allowed George Zimmerman and racist cops to walk free could be changed. A lot of blame is on them when such large numbers of Blacks don't vote.

I really appreciate deep thinkers like Sharpe and Bayless lecturing me on political correctness. That is the main reason I would tune in to a sports channel. I particularly value the diversity of opinion. ESPN, part of the vast Disney PC empire, is a leader, having canned both Curt Schilling and Rush Limbaugh for wrong thinking. Schilling was insufficiently enthusiastic about trans bathrooms and Limbaugh made the mistake of uttering the words "black" and "quarterback" in the same sentence. Seriously, they want us to have a dialogue about tough issues like race, and how can you do that if people are going to use hate speech?
 
Whitlock and Carson do not say submit to racism. Their message is the opposite. Rise above it. Don't submit to racists by acting like a victim if you don't have to be a victim.

Whitlock's points were so straight forward.
