You have at least one good quality (from what I can tell) - you are independent - never lose that

I've shown actual trading

Back in the day - I even tried to bet someone I could produce a PnL - they backed out

Well, well, I step out for a bike ride and lunch and...

Art, Redneck does not post metaphysical crap. I've know him now for several years. He knows where I'm at in my journey and knows what I need to be reminded of and what i need to focus on. Much of my progress is directly due to his guidance, incredible knowledge & encouragement. If I can be half the trader and half the gentleman he is I will have accomplished much.

If you are looking for advice on entries and exits, this (My) journal has moved beyond that. We are now on to developing and maintaining the proper discipline and traders mindset to create consistency and daily income.
