It was a good day of trading. Well, I did my job. The session itself was kind of dull. Pretty choppy and I started off with a series of losses. Then proceeded to do what I'm supposed to do. A bit more patience, take a break, stay calm. Lot's of sitting on hands. Just being a trader . -2 ticks today.

It was a good week. My consistency of calmness is greatly improved. My execution and management was very good. Moving past my self-doubt issues. Very happy with my progress.
