No, not saying "all", of course the line has to be drawn somewhere, but some relativity is part of it; the line is drawn, it doesn't exist "out there" for all to see. Maybe a classic example of what I'm getting at is the case when two high school kids are boyfriend/girlfriend and having relations. With a birthday the boy reaches the age of majority before the girl does, and overnight he's committing statutory rape (until she reaches that age). No one believes the fundamental nature of what they're doing is any different today than it was yesterday, nor would anyone expect the activity to be suddenly traumatic for the girl, unless society's definition of it and treatment of them makes it so.

Japan never had planes hijacked back in the day when it was in such vogue. They had Ninjas on the ground that could get into a plane on the tarmac, kill the intruders and throw the bodies out.
