eSignal carries GTIS Forex data but you need to be a subscriber to download historical data and get real-time currency quotes.
Out of curiosity, I poked around a bit with a few search engines and I found one site you may be interested in. Prices are from the Bank of Canada and they appear to have roughly the last 4 years to download. Pretty simple interface as well.
