January 6th - It's Seditious Conspiracy charge time

Too many people from different states and a few countries for them to trace lumber back to another state or country except to trace it back to a recent warehouse purchase in the Washington area.

That's why I said the word "clever" because an idiot would have purchased that lumber from somewhere local to assemble it at the Capitol to build a gallows.

Heck, it could have been stolen wood from a nearby construction site. It will be impossible to trace it back to those 4 individuals who used that wood except to discover its wood stolen from a nearby construction site.

You've been watching too many Forensic Files on TV.

Two things... no, I don't watch too many Forensic Files.... I simple it down with that in my occasional penchant for literary flare. Trust me, I have no idea what your education level is... but whatever it is.... it's not in science.

Number two..... this circles back to number one... I'm not gonna argue with you about where trees came from.... if you don't f'n believe me.... nothing I'm gonna say is gonna change your mind. But you're dead wrong.

Immunology and Genetics and I didn't earn my double major science degrees by watching TV. :sneaky:

With that said, if the lumber had compounds from Maple Syrup...they could then theorized the trees are from one of the three species of maple (Acer) trees that only grow in the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada...

They could then look at anyone questioned or arrested at the Capitol from those regions. Not likely unless a murder had occurred such as "hanging the former Vice President".

That murder of the former Vice President did not occur. Therefore, no resources will be used to try to find out the identity of the trees and those who built the gallows. :D :p

Sorry...no phD but I did intern in research with a few famous scientists (not famous at the time of my internship) who were contracted at the VA Hospital and a foreign Hôpital in France.

Don't be so hard on your sister for being smarter than you. Sibling conflicts between the two of you?

My sister is a nurse, smart (almost a perfect score on her SATs)...should have been a Doctor because she's smarter than most of the Doctor's she works with in the OR and smarter than me...

I would never humiliate her at a discussion forum the way you just did your sister. Therefore, you can continue this conversation on your own. :(

Again, I'm not gonna get in the weeds with you arguing about the forensics of trees, although I'm pretty sure I'm right---- but that is once again, literary flare.

Now in my "life experience".... (as you like to so often refer to when speaking of yourself) ....those that focus on what lies on the surface.... ie someone's comedic analogy's when making a point.... of which trees were.... I have found they are usually too obtuse to see the real picture as it relates to what is going on. And like I said, if you want to hearken back to fingerprints..... see the above post. "Sorry Mr FBI boss, we quit. 100 fingerprints is 99 too many."

Well then, in the big sheepskin of debates... you're automatically disqualified. :p

New Data Trove Shows Inner Workings of Post-Jan. 6 Militia Group
https://www.thedailybeast.com/new-data-trove-shows-inner-workings-of-post-jan-6-militia-movement

The investigative newsroom ProPublica obtained more than 100,000 messages between members of the right-wing militia known as American Patriots Three Percent, one of the largest groups of its kind in the country.

The outlet published their findings on Sunday, highlighting a number of concerning plans discussed by the group—including migrant sweeps, potential political assassinations, and operations at voting centers to ensure a victory for Donald Trump in 2024.

Reporters who analyzed the trove of data wrote that it could often be “hard to discern the line between bluster and imminent threat in the messages,” but pointed to recent operations along the southern U.S. border and a number of past actions they had taken as reason to take the threats seriously.

Reporters also chronicled the rise of Scot Seddon, the national commander of AP3 who helped shape the group into a national force with tens of thousands of members—but failed to keep an iron grip on the membership, which has splintered into rival factions in recent years.
