Summary of Investigative Findings

At approximately 6:30 a.m. on January 6, 2021, a white full-size van parked north of Constitution Avenue, where three passengers unloaded a large bundle of lumber with wheels. After unloading, the group walked the bundle across Constitution Avenue and onto the grass at Union Square. They were then joined by two more people arriving by cab at the corner of 1st and C Streets NW.

Between 6:30 a.m. and 7:15 a.m., the group constructed the platform and two main pillars of the gallows, only leaving off the crossbeam. During this time, the apparent group leader along with one other person, left the group and walked down 3rd Street, heading north. They returned a few minutes later with coffee, and the entire group left the scene. Despite the leader’s distinctive clothing—he was wearing a long trench coat, long white scarf, fedora-type hat, and walking with a cane—he has never been identified publicly.

At approximately 1:00 p.m., the group of five returned to the scene and the presumed leader, now wearing a baseball cap, installed the final crossbeam and added the noose made of bright orange rope. Shortly after construction was complete, all five men left the grounds.

To date, the FBI has not named any suspects in this case.

According to a report from NBC News, a January 6 rioter who had climbed up on scaffolding above the mob was filmed brandishing a handgun and appearing to be firing into the air.

The report notes that the shooter, identified as John Emanuel Banuelos, had previously told investigators he was present at the Capitol and boasted that he fired a weapon, telling them, "I’m the one in the video with the gun right here," before adding, "Man, should I just tell the FBI to come get me or what?”

According to the new report, "Videos and photographs from the Capitol on Jan. 6showed him with what appears to be a gun in his waistband," before adding, "Now, footage released by another Jan. 6 rioter appears to show Banuelos firing the gun into the air twice during the chaotic scene on the west side of the Capitol, as rioters battled with police. Online sleuths also surfaced U.S. Capitol Police surveillance footage previously released in connection with another Capitol attack case that shows the man they've identified as Banuelos appearing to fire the gun. They found multiple other videos in which the gunshots can be heard."

The report states investigators pinned down the time the shots were heard at 2:34 p.m., just moments before rioter Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed as she attempted to climb through a broken window leading into the Speaker's Lobby despite warnings.

NBC is reporting, "Banuelos has not been arrested or charged in connection with Jan. 6; the Salt Lake City police had arrested him in connection with the fatal stabbing of 19-year-old Christopher Thomas Senn in a park on July 4, 2021."

I can't wait to hear how you explain how a full-sized van got out of DC without leaving a trace of evidence. It's been three years, and that van had to pass 100+ cameras (at least) that can spot a speck of dust on the dashboard.

I'm only bringing this up, because I just heard it today, but lets be real here... do any of you not think this is odd?

This has been a setup right from the get go. Numerous videos showing the police at the Capitol led the demonstrators in. Don't you think if they were doing their jobs, they would have merely locked the heavy doors and nobody would have gotten in? The Shaman was in numerous videos being led by police, inside multiple rooms. This was a demonstration where the demonstrators were setup and framed for minor offenses punishable by small fines or probation at most but, they filed numerous minor offenses, doubling, tripling charges to lock them and give them stiff jail terms. One more case of abuse of power.

I mean they were catching people off of blurry photos, how the hell do you build a gallows and not get caught?! Who built those gallows btw? 8 gillion cameras in DC, and yet never an arrest. That sound right to you? Because it makes zero sense to me.

The information was displayed during the hearings on what happened on January 6th 2021.

Most of the video recordings are at night and in the early morning hours. Why didn't Capitol police stop them or question them as they were building it ???

Simply, the concern I have is about the unidentified 4 individuals casually transporting lumber across the field and then through the barrier onto Capitol grounds.​

Also, the current Republican sub-committee has no answers just like the original January 6th committee about the identities of those 4 individuals bringing the lumber to construct the gallows.

The construction of the gallows was clever planning because it was built near other construction like the Inaugural Platform. The noose and supporting beam was not built until the next later in the day when the crowd of protestors appeared after Trump stated to March to the Capitol and fight like hell.

About 10 years ago in 2014 while visiting the Capitol with my spouse and young kids during the Christmas holidays, I once saw two homeless guys with a makeshift fire on Capitol grounds near that parking lot...warming up their hands on the Capitol grounds.

Not one police officer stopped to question them even the ones that were walking nearby. Thus, long before January 6th, 2021...the Capitol had shitty security and may have relied too heavily on security cameras instead of security on foot.

Last of all, we all know that ET search sucks big time (many complaints about it by other members). I use it often and most of the time I search my own message words and the results yield nothing unless I put my user name "wrbtrader" at the bottom my message posts.

P.S. Several individuals were "questioned" about their involvement in construction of the gallows but no arrests were made. Also, the Capitol chambers because a "secured location" and barricaded with congressional members hiding inside along with Armed security that gave multiple commands for the crowd on the other side of the door to "stop", "leave" including a warning shot along with a verbal warning they will be shot if they breach the door.

The disgraced veteran was rightfully shot dead when she breach the door. She of all people had training and knew damn well who was hiding on the other side of that door and she understood the commands by the security. Simply, she refused to obey and it cost her life.

I mean they were catching people off of blurry photos, how the hell do you build a gallows and not get caught?! I even did a search on ET before I post that, using "gallows" and "noose" respectively... and it hasn't even been brought up here, unless those keywords weren't used in a post discussing this.

There is even that guy in multiple videos shown agitating and trying to get people to be violent. He is in multiple videos and there were reports he was an informant which he denies but, he has not been charged with anything, all this time. And the cop that shot Ashli Babbitt who is an Air Force veteran. The DOJ determined the shooting was justified. Judicial Watch has filed more than one lawsuit on behalf of Ashli Babbitt's husband and estate.
