Had this occurred during the Revolutionary War or the Civil War...they would have already been executed by firing squad or hanging.

Today, I would prefer to see them get prison time, U.S. citizenship revoked, and then put on a cargo ship (in a container marked hazardous)...sent to Belarus, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.

Funny aspect, those boneheads showed up at the Capitol in military tactical gear, using military tactics, storing weapons/ammunition in a nearby city and some using their own cell phones to record what they were doing at the Capitol...

CNN has obtained audio of a radio interview in which House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy details his conversation with then-president Donald Trump during the January 6 attack on the US Capitol.

McCarthy said during a little-noticed radio interview done a week after the insurrection that the deadly insurrection was “planned” and that Trump admitted personally bearing some responsibility for the attack. he also said that he supported censuring Trump for inciting the violence, according to CNN.

“I say he has responsibility,” McCarthy said on KERN, a local radio station in Bakersfield, California, on January 12 of last year. “He told me personally that he does have some responsibility. I think a lot of people do.”

“In his radio interview, McCarthy strongly supported censuring Trump as an alternative to impeachment — which he strongly opposed — and said he supported a bipartisan committee to investigate the causes of the attack. McCarthy also said he brought up the idea of censure with House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer,” according to CNN.

McCarthy also said that while Trump didn’t tell the crowd to attack the Capitol, he still bore responsibility for telling them Vice President Mike Pence could throw out electors.

“Did he tell the crowd to hang him? What he said Mike Pence could do, he could not do,” McCarthy said.

McCarthy also remarked in the interview how the attack seemed planned out, undermining a narrative that has since taken hold in the GOP that the riot was just a spontaneous protest that got out of hand.

“So if you say the speech caused it, these people are already planned for it,” McCarthy said during the radio interview. “People had, had real worked out plan. They scaled walls. They brought ropes.”

On Thursday, McCarthy said he would not cooperate with the January 6 Panel saying that Speaker Nancy Pelosi decided to “play politics” with the select committee by vetoing two picks, Rep. Jim Jordan and Jim Banks.

How did Stewart Rhodes lose his eye?
Steward Rhodes lost his eye in 1993. According to sources, he used to be a firearms instructor. Sadly for him, he one day accidentally dropped a firearm that was loaded. The handgun upon hitting the floor fired and shot him in the face. This led to a blinding in his left eye. That was how Steward Rhodes lost his eye.

A few others and him either lied or attempted to whitewash what happened on January 6th 2021...a few of them was doing such while it was occurring on January 6th.
  • I'm an ex-military officer...I saw live on TV...many individuals during the insurrection on the Capitol in military tactical gear, moving up through the angry crowd in tactical lines in strategic storming areas of the Capitol...
Watching on TV...people building a gallows, chanting Hang Mike Pence, beating the hell out of police with metal poles...wounding many as they fell to the ground, and then they would grab anything else they could use to attack the Capitol police after finding it from what looked like inauguration stuff.

I then watched a woman insurrectionist get shot live on TV by what looked like by the secret service because they were in plain clothes securing a key room...
  • Later I would learn the woman that was shot...she was ex-military. To me personally, I knew exactly what I was watching live on TV. It was not a "friendly tour of the Capitol" as later specifically stated by several Republican senators.
It was an insurrection to prevent the counting of the electoral vote and worst (looking to kidnap, hold hostage, kill congressional members).

Then I would come back here to ET to see these ET members not only support what was occurring...they were in denial by saying it's a peaceful march, no weapons in which I responded that the poster must be blind because I'm watching police getting their ass kicked live on TV on three major television networks including watching it being "live-streamed" on Youtube during the insurrection.


They not only watched it too like me...some of these ET members blew up when I listed every Republican that publicly stated President Trump (still president at the time) was responsible.

I was more astonished to see the same ET members denying what had occurred on January 6th were also Covidiots...that's when I realized how deeply the #whitewash is on social media continued by these idiots in the Audit threads in which Buy1Sell2 went on a rant in creating multiple different Audit threads after gwb-trading The Arizona "Audit" thread.
  • Simply, he and many others here at ET continue the #BIGLIE, arguing pathetically with other ET members that did not believe the BIG LIE during/after each and every audit revealed the truth...
Trump lost the election to Biden...in some audits...Trump's loss widened after the audit.

The only good thing that came out of what I saw here at Elitetrader.com, January 6th helped identify those not patriotic to the Democracy, not patriotic to the U.S. Constitution, and those that wants to see America self-implode to prove whatever political agenda that they have...it identified our cowards here at the forum.

It's a day I will never forget and its already being written in new editions of books in college to ensure that our intellectuals do not forget.
