The number of people successfully crossing the southern border since Biden has taken office (which is merely six months back and not a year) is not greater than the population of of 12 states and D.C. Provide the numbers backing the assertion and identify the 12 states in the claim.
So you are claiming that over 12 million people illegal crossed the southern border over the past year. Absurd.
You do understand that the existing illegal population in the U.S. as proven by the Census is at most 15 million and is probably only 10.5 million currently.
At this point -- you need to understand your assertion is not only completely false but absurd.

Sidney Powell revealed Sunday that she will be joining the legal team helping "hundreds" of Jan. 6 attackers who are currently in prison and asked for money to support them.
The problem, however, is that there aren't "hundreds" of people in jail for the Jan. 6 insurrection. Far from it, in fact. BuzzFeed justice reporter Zoe Tillman explained, there are just 66 in custody, with a few waiting for a detention hearing. A whopping 478 were allowed to go home awaiting trial.

She and ally Lin Wood are both facing sanctions in Michigan for what some said was a reckless filing filled with inaccuracies.

Pay attention. No one said that 12 million crossed the border last year. Not one of those states has a population of 12 million.
The claim is that more illegal immigrants crossed the border than the population of 12 states plus DC combined.
This is obviously false.
So tell us how many illegal immigrants came over the border since Biden came into office. I expect you don't even have a realistic estimate of the number.
