Back on topic to the scam which will pose as an investigation. If we were to have an actual investigation one might ask:
Why were the Capitol police so ill prepared for the event? Ill prepared is being kind as they actually invited the mob in. Easy enough to see why some may believe the whole thing was staged and orchestrated to escalate.
We might also ask, what was the FBI doing? We know, by their own admission, that they had been monitoring pro Trump and far right internet chatter. We know they had/have informants operating in these groups. Why no heads up to those guarding the Capitol?
Of course an actual investigative body would want to know the why any how Ashley was shot and killed. I mean we get the details of every cop shooting someone in every single incident nationwide. Why no curiosity here?
So many real questions would leave so little time for grandstanding and campaign speeches. Can't have that now can we?

That said, I do agree with the old broad, why waste time on something which is so predictable and this dog and pony show is as predictable as it gets. Let the grandstanding begin. Lots of pearl clutching hysteria for sure which will be mildly entertaining, but will grow tedious quickly.
