If you are going to charge him, it might be nice to have some evidence going in.
There is no prosecutor who wants to be the guy who charges a President or former President with a crime, only to find out that the evidence is flimsy. That is a pretty bad career move.
Many leftist on this board have accused Trump of crimes. I have asked them what the evidence is and they go completely silence afterwards.
