I posted this in another forum last night. They already had the info they needed to fry Hillary.
This has not been mentioned by any MSM that I can find.
The FBI released their findings and the testimony of Hillary from the email investigation.
Clearly this is why Comey had a mutiny on his hands. It was a slam dunk case.
For any libtards reading this, intent has nothing to do with it. The law does not mention intent whatsoever. If you think the law has anything to do with intent because MSNBS told you so, go read the law. The word "intent" or the idea of intent is not in the law. If there is intent, that is a different law. It is called treason or espionage.

The exact opposite is true with respect to Comey's press conference. Any reasonable prosecutor would prosecute this slam dunk case.

Folks, you can all calm down. Obama is not going to allow a prosecution of Hillary. He has too much at stake himself. He has an AG who has zero integrity, so she is not going to be a problem. In fact, she is leading the effort, after her little pep talk with Bill Clinton.
Obama has already presided over a guns to Mexican cartels scandal, which was stonewalled, an IRS targeting scandal, which was stonewalled, an enormous payoff to Iran for hostages, which was stonewalled, the Benghazi scandal, which was stonewalled, running guns illegally to islamist terrorists, which was stonewalled, Hillary Clinton selling influence and access as Secretary of State, which was stonewalled, the entire Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund, which was stonewalled, etc etc.
Voters have a choice. They do not know the whole story but they know enough for all but the dimmest or most partisan to realize that something is badly wrong. Of course, Trump said mean things 25 years ago when he was talking shit to Billy Bush, so that is probably a lot more relevant.
