j trader and amd processors

i am having trouble accessing the j trader platform on my system. amd processor w/ xp. i was told by my brokerage it department that the trouble has to due with the amd processor. has anyone else experienced this?

I traded for 8 months with :

- J-Trader
- AMD XP2000+ processor
- Windows XP Home edition
- 512 DDR mem
- 60GB 7200rpm HD
- Cable internet
- Matrox G550 Dual Head / G200 MMS Quad card
- 4 Hyundai 17" monitors

I used J-Trader as backup for IB.

No problems at all.

I had trouble when i first started using J-Trader
I changed the Internet Explorer until I found a version
that worked. I use 6.0 at the moment
I have AMD Athlon,Windows 2000
