I disagree. It's for a very specific and designed reason. The destruction of the family. They started with the blacks with single motherhood and "war on drugs", majority of which is targeted to "help" blacks. A coincidence that it came after the civil rights movement, don't you think...

A race that produces Obamas, Jordans, DeGrasse Tysons, etc is not incompetent or incapable.
