I think not.

Bush simply reflected the principles that are alive and well here on this board, and amongst the broader electorate. From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. Incompetence rules the day.

Pretty much sums it up, they are all command economy guy and gals now, more's the pity, but credit where it is due, only "The Decider"could come up with that particular statement :)

err uh... i think voter turnout is less than 50%... so at most a quarter... which is closer to 10% than 50% :p :D
