I thought you were a tech guy? So do you trade your own money or someone else's? When you show up to work everyday what is it that you do? Trade? Write software? Both? Is your success measured in P&L or some other metric?

If I work on the website for the Chicago Cubs or sell hotdogs during a game then I might work for a sports organization but that does not make me a baseball player.
