Whites aren't violent right now but it's definitely in their genetics. The early country had huge numbers of homicides from dueling. They got drunk and stabbed one another with the 3 foot-long razor blades (swords) they carried around. US mining towns were famous for white on white violence (not to mention what they did to other races).
And it's not like this is ancient history. When the Irish were recent immigrants, their slums were famous for the homicides. And just like black neighborhoods now, they wouldn't talk to the police (because of fear of gang reprisal). Hollywood made a bunch of movies about the Italians so most people know about them now. What's forgotten is that the Jews were famous for their gang warfare. For example, the organization "Murder, Inc." was mostly Jewish. And these minorities also went through the political thing (always through the Democrats) where they organized so as to give the government jobs to themselves.
Given how long they've been in the country, the blacks should have long ago assimilated and had their violence level reduced to the modern white level (which more or less matches that of Canada and western Europe). But for most of that time, blacks were either slaves or discriminated against. I think you can see the ending of that sort of stuff now. So I expect that another 25 or 50 years will see the end of the heavily violent black underclass communities.
If I had to describe one worry, it would be the quality of K-12 education. And that's bad for all parts of the country I guess. How about Oregon?
