Trump is entitled to recounts in WI and GA. Not sure about AZ. PA looks to be outside the margin of .5%. If Biden wins the recounts in WI and GA neither AZ or PA will matter anyways.
If recounts in states where Biden wins makes it not matter elsewhere, we should still do the recounts to determine if there are issues in the specific states. After all, what is important is certifying an election so the country can truly move forward, secure that the electoral process is sound.
