I think his shtick is How to Live Really Cheaply. Of which there are already a bunch of books written. Not sure what makes this guy unique.

There's a huge difference between living on little money and no money whatsoever. This guy is writing the book to get into the former category.
 
talk about re-inventing the wheel. Can anyone really question that the invention of money was a good thing? It makes bartering and trading efficient. Would you rather have lived in a society without money thousands of years ago? Not me

Even without 'money' there are still things of value that some people have and others don't have, and therefore reasons to fight.
 
One of the best ways to cut medical expenses such as dental care is to change your diet.

STOP eating all refined sugars and carbohydrates. Stop drinking soda and all the other crap industrial food products that have no nutritional value. Even diet soda has a ton of acid which is terrible for your teeth.

A natural diet of vegetables, fruits, nuts, fresh fish and meats in moderate portion size will solve most tooth problems, as well as other health problems. Minor cavities can actually re-calcify if you are not constantly bombarding them with damaging foods. Of course dentists do not want you to know this. Most today seem thrilled to start drilling on even the most minor chink in the enamel.

If you want a good, wholesome hobby to do the family start a small garden so you can grow all of your own vegetable during the summer months.

Another good method to reduce healthcare costs is to get the proper amount of exercise. Stay active, walk, swim, etc, but do not become a fitness fanatic.

Few things are worse (more damaging) for your body then becoming a fitness nut. "Fitness" is not health. Fitness re-optimizes your body for more extreme activity at great cost to your long term physical wellbeing.

He has it all wrong. These things are not connected to money. Money is connected to resources. People in this world do not want money...they want resources.

How many people would like to live in the woods with 10 million dollars buried under their wooden shack for the rest of their lives, never to spend it? No...they want the million dollar house, the ferrari, fine foods, fine wine, big screen TV and all the other comforts that are "resources" Money is only a means to aquire resources. Having a good deal of money ensures future comfort and safety which is why we all want it. Its so we can aquire future resources.

This guy may live without money, but he does not live without resources which is kind of hipocritical.
